“The pool/hot tub area was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The entire facility was. Staff were warm and welcoming. Only disappointment was the advertised airport shuttle has been discontinued. ”

“The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint I have is every time the air conditioning kicked on, it made an extremely loud THUMP and shook the room. I’m a light sleeper, so I didn’t get much sleep. ”

“The room looked nice at first, but it was not very clean. This is our second Time staying here due to the wastewater convention that occurs here in Waco and the convention center. The inside of the microwave door had food left from a previous guest, and the shower floor was very dirty. There was hair everywhere—on the tables, pillows, and beds—and some of the towels and a pillowcase had stains.
