“We booked for the aesthetic and large in room bathtub- it took well over 30-45 minutes to fill the tub so that was a bit of a let down but there was PLENTY of hot water so not a huge disappointment or anything. Fantastic location, beautiful room, fun atmosphere. Enjoyed our stay! Definitely wish we had known about prom being held at the hotel but otherwise a great stay. ”

“The shuttle service was great. We just called ahead because we had a late arrival, but everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable!!”

“This hotel is under construction / renovation !!! Customers should know that before booking. No lobby, dirty elevators, makeshift front desk, check in at 4 pm without any place to sit down. When asked where to sit while waiting for a room they said to go outside on the bench (very cold and raining). Room was fine, clean and comfortable but bed mattresses are sagging on the side that everyone uses; they need to be rotated or turned over or replaced.”

“At breakfast, which was in the lobby area, there was an R-rated movie playing on the large TV. There were three naked women in a hot tub with families and children around. The door keys rarely worked which was very tiresome and frustrating. Front desk said everyone was having a lot of problems but there wasn't a solution, wondering if we could ever get back into our rooms. Room remodel was lipstick on a pig. Lots of shoddy repairs made and then covered in a thick coat of paint.”
