“Nice property. Stay went well and only recommendation would be to have better lighting in the rooms. There were no ceiling lights in our rooms and just a few lamps. It was pretty dark. We would definitely stay again though.”

“The location of this townhome is brilliantly close to Baylor! It was well stocked and clean. The secondary bedroom mattress was intensely uncomfortable. The downstairs shower would without warning change from warm water to quite cold. It did this multiple times throughout the shower without warning. With a better mattress in the secondary bedroom, and detention to the downstairs shower. This would be a phenomenal place to stay next to Baylor University. Also note when you check in, the air...

“There were 3 people that were helpful, Checkin Wed, 6/3/26 was very polite and helpful, The Girl that worked Wed over night and Thursday day 6/4/26 was very helpful and polite. The guy manager was great but the Girl Thursday night was not polite, friendly or even said hi, besides that we did ask several times that our chain on the shades broke and they were going to send someone up several times and nevere did.”

“Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and our pul out bed was so kindly made and waiting for us!! Hot coco was amazing!! Very happy with our stay!”

“The parking lot was scary- there were people loitering around n the parking lot after dark. It felt very unsafe coming back at night with these people approaching us. The lighting in the room was terrible. There was one small lamp. Otherwise you had to have terribly bright lights on. There was no option for something else. Just if they added some lamps in the room it would make a huge difference. Also charging $3.50 for single bottle of water is insane.”

“Bed was uncomfortable”

“It was a nice stay overall. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The only complaint is that only one elevator was working. For the price, I would definitely stay again!”

“There was no pool. Also, we had reserved a king with kitchenette and they said it wasn't available. So we go stuck with two qween beds, no pool and no microwave in the room.”
