“Room as so dirty we checked out of the hotel after a couple of hours. Kids feet got dirty from walking barefoot in the room, dead bugs, staples and sand burrs found on the floor. Carpet was sticky in certain spots, stained sheets and hair found in the bed upon pulling back the bedding.”

“It was pretty nice, room was good. Location not the best neighborhood, but it’s close to the university, so that’s a plus.”

“For a quick family vacation the room was fantastic. We were super close to the things we wanted to go and see. The room was clean. We had a fridge to put food in and stove or microwave to heat up. Kitchen came with pots and utensils.”

“All staff was extremely friendly, especially Joe at the breakfast counter. Our room was clean, the property seemed to be newly renovated and the outdoor patio and pool were excellent. The breakfast was your typical breakfast buffet, but was very good and the staff working that area was very kind. We make a yearly trip to Waco and this was our first time staying at this hotel. It will be our go to spot from now on!”

“It was so loud the AC kept kicking on and off and it was very loud. I understand they’re doing construction, but it was just not a good experience at all.”

“Absolutely disgusting. Stains on the sheets and towels. Floors were wet. Manager seemed shocked when I said I would not stay here and asked for a refund. Do not stay here. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t shut this hovel down.”
