“The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff was excellent! It was in close proximity to all shopping and dining. I would highly recommend extended stay in Temple Texas!”

“Front desk that was there at checkin was rude when explaining the pool and spa was closed. Said i could cancel and good luck finding a place to stay because of graduations going on in the area. We specifically chose this hotel for the pool and spa. We ended up canceling our reservation and staying with family. Definitely won't stay there again.”

“For the price we paid for this room it was such and unpleasant stay. Tv not working staff NO help . Never have I had to pay a $50.00 deposit to stay at a Hampton Inn. I asked for a receipt and was clearly told I had to get my receipt from Expedia. I have never ever had this issue ! Very disappointed as Hampton is my choice of Hotel! ”

“The bed size that I booked was not what I was given. The property only has full size beds and I booked 2 double beds for a family of 5. The bed types at this hotel can accommodate comfortably a family of 3 at most. I had to buy an inflatable mattress to sleep my family.”

“The staff was great and super friendly! The room was exact opposite! The bathroom counter was dirty, the sheets looked like they were slept in, the towels had hair stuck in them and when I woke there were bugs in the room. Some looked like roaches, another kind and flies. The seal at the bottom of the door was pretty much gone so think the all came in at night. “Overall, this was a good stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the room was thoroughly cleaned and well maintained.
