Hotel a Florence

“We loved that our room was on the first floor. The outdoor patio area was wonderful! The restaurant was terrific, except that we could only dine there for lunch. Everything was within walking distance. When our TV remote was missing a battery, one was brought quickly to our room! The grounds are beautiful and great for walking! Thank you so much!”

“I would stay here again. The rooms were clean and updated a/c worked good. Beds were ok could use better pillows. The breakfast was not very good.”

“The rooms were exceptionally clean and house keeping would ask daily if anything was needed. Breakfast was also very good. The dinning room was clean. The breakfast always had plenty of food and Vicky who attended the area made sure of it. The staff was very helpfully and attentive to guest needs. Enjoyed my stay and would use this location again.”

“Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff double charged us for the room and Manager is not willing to fix the issue. Had to go up. beware”

“The hotel was okay. They gave free breakfast and there was plenty to choose from so that was a good. However, I got sick from the breakfast. When I got home I was throwing up. They did have a pool but the pool had no shade. Didn't have like a roof thing above it or nothing and the full sun made it really hot to get in the pool. There are of course these steps that go down and there's a handrail but the handrail was very loose I slipped going down. The room was big The TV was big size but there...

“Room was fine. breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable. One serious issue I had with this stay was the day after I checked in, a $360 charge was made from the hotel to my credit card. That is a huge mistake that was not refunded until the next day. Very scary that I was the one who caught it, not the hotel. I wouldn't trust staying there a second time.”

“Clean but my but my door was a little loose”

“The only problem I had was the noise. I was on the 4th floor. I called the front desk 3 times. The lady on the desk said she would come up to check it out. I am not sure she did or not, because I called several times. The parking was excellent, but I probably will not visit there again. I even asked whether I was on a party floor. Being 73 of age, I want quite.”
