“I had a great stay at Sonesta during my weeklong business trip. The staff were friendly, polite, and accommodating. I arrived a bit early for check-in and the front desk manager was kind enough to accommodate me and made sure my room was ready! I really appreciated that gesture! I also liked that the room was spacious. Pillows were soft, mattress not bad for a good night rest.
