“The pool area was maintained and the rooms have been updated.”

“We booked through Expedia, which was a mistake. I printed all of the reservation confirmation information which stated the arrangements for check-in after 9PM needed prior handling. However NO WHERE in the reservation confirmation was a phone number for Rainbow Courts nor for Expedia. I found a number for the motel on the internet but it ended up being a chat bot that didn’t recognize my itinerary number nor my phone number after repeating both multiple times. So frustrating. But none of this...

“Needs a huge renovation and updated. The front door is broken and has suction cup handles on it you have to pull apart. The staff (woman) was rude to my mother in law. Bathroom downstairs out of order, breakfast awful. Room was “cleaned” but carpet was gross. It’s very outdated. AC took awhile to cool off the room, bed was ok, and the shower was hot, but that’s it. No amenities- no pool or outdoor area, the area is run down and there’s an RV park next door it looks like people live...

“Very lovely room in a older facility which has been updated. Nice linens, furniture, and personal touches like the book about the town of Taylor. Great a/c which was definitely needed. Only downside to me was the very perfumed toiletries. They were fancy Texas products but I prefer less scent in hand soap, lotion and body wash.”

“Este hotel es horrible, olor a marihuana, no hay cafeteras en las habitaciones, si quieres una debes pagarla, no hay shampoo decente un mini frasquito, jabón es pastilla estilo 1980, el arquitecto que diseñó el estacionamiento lo diseñó como un laberinto sin salida, pedí algo básico como un gorro de baño y no tenían, muy muy caro y no vale la pena, las puertas del lobby no son automáticas debes abrirlas manuales son duras y son dos puertas, no tienen carrito de maletas, honestamente es horrible...
