“The elevator wasn’t working the night we arrived but it was the next morning. No cold water in the bathroom sink. The shower curtain was slightly dirty. The staff was good. The breakfast was good.”

“I made reservations very far in advance only to find when checking in late in the afternoon that the hotel was full and I was given a handicap room. These rooms are geared for wheelchairs and counters are higher, commode seats are higher, no bedside lighting all lighting overhead and bright!!”

“First room asssigned the aC was not working but we persevered the first night due to exhaustion and believing it just needed time. The next morning I called front desk and reported they stated they had no maintenance on deck and she could move me immediately, which she did within 10 mins. So outside of the first night the resolution turnaround was fantastic wish I would have noticed the AC when I checked in but we were out preparing for graduation the following morning. “Had to clean the lid of the toilet when we first arrived. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Second day when we returned couldn’t get into our room. Staff at the front desk said that we were leaving the next morning - still not sure why we couldn’t get into our room. Key finally worked after we spoke with them. Not sure why they thought we would leave all our possessions in a room if we were leaving. Then she double checked our room and found out we weren’t leaving for another...
