Our experience at the Residence Inn by Marriott San Antonio Six Flags at The Rim was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt well cared for and warmly welcomed—even when a small issue came up with our reservation. The front desk staff responded quickly, kindly, and professionally to resolve the situation and made sure everything was in place for us to enjoy a worry-free stay.
We’d like to give a very special thank you to Jorge, Andrea, and their supervisor Celica, who showed exceptional dedication and empathy. They treated us with warmth and patience, and it was clear they genuinely care about the well-being of their guests.
We also want to highlight the outstanding work of Ivet, our housekeeper, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She always left our room spotless, tidy, and with a fresh, welcoming atmosphere—something we truly appreciated throughout our stay.
The breakfast staff was equally excellent. Although we didn’t get their names, we noticed and appreciated their friendliness and consistent effort to keep everything clean, organized, and well-stocked every morning.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool, it was clean, well-maintained, and a great addition to the overall experience.
Beyond the facilities, what truly made this stay special was the attention and care from the staff. They made us feel at home—something that’s increasingly rare these days. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Antonio.
