“Great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The woman who handles the breakfast is really nice and always keeps up with the food and refills the items, constantly. Room was comfy, clean, and the A/C worked well. TV had a great selection on channels. Room included blow dryer, fridge, microwave, iron and mini toiletries. Always love staying here. ”

“I’m still confused as to why we have to pay an additional $10 for parking when we are already paying to stay on your private property. I know it’s not for extra security. As someone’s truck got broken into Friday night. ”

“They didn’t have housekeeping room was in terrible condition there was no one at check in waited for 30 minutes before we could find some one. Really bad experience. No parking always full horrible ”

“Room was ok, smelled moldy tho. Beds were NOT very comfortable. Floors leading to the rooms were dirty. When we got up to go down forcdinner someone had allowed there dog to poop in the hallway. Breakfast was ok, but the turkey patty was ice cold. It was very very average. I personally will not be staying there again ”

“The staff was excellent in the front and they approved my reservation on Expedia to be canceled as I needed. I had reserved a week out and I needed the room the moment I was there in the front. The manager booked the reservation for me that night and I had somewhere to stay without getting double booked. I will continue to stay here every weekend I come to San Antonio, Texas! ”
