“When we arrived to Sunchase IV the staff was very welcoming and informative. Any time I called the front desk they were very helpful and cheerful. The condo was clean. We were looking for a place to stay that had a full kitchen condo. That is why we chose this place. The picture for the condo was not the place we stayed at that was very deceiving when we checked out our place. There was no beach view. Our condo looked into the parking lot. “The beach view is ok however the unit was dated and the refrigerator leaked water in the ice make which resulted in no ice the dishwasher leaked the water filter needed changed marginal furniture very uncomfortable sofa and chairs the beds were good overall very average and dated ”

“Roaches, cockroaches, infested the room we stayed in. The 1st issue was when we arrived we noticed a putrid smell. There was an air purifier in the kitchen area. We assumed the smell was because the island had a bad storm in the weeks prior to our visit and the island had flooded. We arrived late the 1st day and barely spent any time in the room.
