“I stayed at El Delfin Lodge from 4/19–4/24 and overall the experience was disappointing. At check-in, the manager mentioned that during spring break they kept nearly every guest’s deposit due to damages, which seemed extreme at the time but made more sense by the end of our stay. The biggest issue is that the property does not match how it’s presented on Expedia. The photos appear outdated as the hotel looks much more worn in person. “Didn't try the breakfast. Everything in the room was in working working order. It was an older property and some wear is expected. The floor wasn't the cleanest, but we're glad it wasn't carpeted. ”

“The room was very nice and super clean. I had to go downstairs to grab towels and batteries for the tv remote control. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Breakfast had a good variety. Air conditioning worked great. Carpets in hallways looked a bit aged and lots of ceiling watermark damages on the 2nd floor. For a weekend stay, the price and service was nice.”

“Classy hood shelter! A poorly remodeled ghetto if you will. No towels, wash clothes or anything in the room. The hot tub was cold and dirty. The shower shot all the way across the bathroom with the nozzle sticking out of a hole in the wall. It was remodeled but you can tell it was done by a cheap contractor with a complete lack of detail. A dirty place trying half ass to be clean. Decent for the price but I’d recommend paying a little more for a nicer place.”

“Girl with curly hair really rude I'm telling her in the morning they said I can stay in my room and I left my things in there all of a sudden I get back to go to my room they checked it out to someone else after I paid more for it and they gave me a ugly crap room with a sofa bed”

“So far ok . just not enough towels ( only one bath towels end two small ones . I address the issue at front desk personal when I checked out. ”
