Got there and checked in around 7pm everything seemed to be nice and neat. Had a mandatory meeting in the lobby next morning at 7am. Had some things that needed to put in the fridge like my daughter's medications (Must be refrigeratedat all times) went to bed at 9pm to be up early in the morning. At 12 midnight my daughter is scheduled to take her medication and notice its not cold my heart instantly drops because my daughter depends on those medication and it can go bad in hot temperatures causing more damage. I immediately get the room phone to call front desk and phone doesn't work either. At this point I'm upset half asleep having to search online for the front desk phone number and there's no answer and I call again they answer and let me know whats going on they tell me maintenance is on their way (its 12 am at this point) I waited till 2AM and NO ONE SHOWED UP! Mind you I have a mandatory business meeting the next morning at 7am! I wake up at 6am get ready go to the lobby and let front desk know whats going on AGAIN! They send someone before I have to leave to to work subscription medication had already gone bad and I had to go out of my way to get another subscription that lucky I could have ready early morning (Had to pay out of pocket for this medication THAT DID NOT HAVE TO PAY) because they failed to do their job! Went all day in training extremely exhausted got out around 5pm. Went to front desk AGAIN with all belongings frustrated and tired and asked to speak to
