“Room did not over look the beach the room floors were dirt staff was rude during check in.. water in the shower was cold ”

“The TV was not working when we checked in. The maintenence man got it to work but said we had to keep it on. The stopper in the shower was not attached. The toilet sometimes would spurt out water/urine.”

“My most sincere honest opinion, This hotel was extremely disappointing , the room was a suite We had to leave a $100.00 deposit at the desk plus pay resort fees Did I get what I paid for? NO The hotel needs maintenance, lots of it The room curtains had moth holes as the chair itself did too . the restroom had small roaches when lights went out. The entrance dead bolt did not work, the balcony door latch did not work, the closet hanging rod was missing, the restroom door had parts of wood...

“Noisy neighbors upstairs not property addressed. A reasonable request for a 1 day refund ( denied) even though we checked out early due to crazy noise upstairs. Skip this place there’s much better options.”
