“Location was great. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Air conditioning worked great. Stay cool. Housekeeping could have been better but we did get fresh towels after turning in the used ones😁Although we didn’t utilize the pool it was clean and well used by all the children staying this weekend. We parked along the building since the parking lot you had to pay every time you parked. Other than that highly recommend.”

“The staff did not and would not clean my room since I had dogs. Said they were scared of a 6 month old chihiuaua and a multipoo left if kennels. No clean sheets we slept in sand every night. No clean towels unless I took them to the office myself. Don't think I will choose this again.”

“There was no hot water or water pressure in our room. The showers have no shelves in them to put stuff on. The over all shower experience was terrible. The room was good the staff was great.”

“Staying at Upper Deck was seriously AMAZING! From the staff to the amenities, everything was great. My husband and I had a blast hanging out by the pool all day and ate wonderful dinners prepared by the bar chefs. We can’t wait to go back to SPI just to stay here again!”

“None of the lamps worked, pillows amd beds are not comfortable at all. Restroom and shower are rusted and does not look clean. I had to shower with my sandals on because that tub looked pretty bad:/ room felt humid”

“This was my second time staying at this location after having a good stay previously without my cat. This stay in particular made it so I will not stay here again. This time around, I brought my cat with me thinking I wouldn't have anyone to take care of her.
