“Property did not have a gym on site, there was no live music or any activities going on. Housekeeping was very slow only replace the towels and made beds. They didn’t really clean.”

“Awful! Our AC leaked water all over the tile, the deadbolt on our door didn’t lock. Jeanette at the front desk was incredibly rude after we contacted Expedia. She told us she sent maintenance up, w/o even asking our concerns. He then came in, drilled the door, vacuumed out the AC, and left. He didn’t speak English, so we weren’t sure the next steps. “Parking was our biggest issue, having to walk a good three mins to enter was not great. Made us not want to leave to site see. We Ordered drinks by the bar ( poolside service) and they NEVER came back with our order we waited over an hour.. Then our room ac was hot all afternoon until maintenance came by. Other than that pool and room were in great standards. Clean and fresh. Up front hotel Staff (including cady boy) were also very nice and friendly.”

“This place is great the location to get in not so much but the hotel over all was incredible from the pool to the hot tub the employees the family suite all of it and the ocean was less then a 5 minute walk you have your own private gate to go in and out of as well so only guest from this hotel can go and come from ”

“This Hotel is old … but NO excuse for Algie in the pool … had to ask for towels 4 times, could not find the luggage carts on exit, (only have two), room dirty! Plain and simply, this property should not be an option on your site!! I felt cheated and uncomfortable staying there even for one night!!”

“The apartment space was neatly cleaned, pet friendly. They provided a dog bed and a bowl for food and water. The pool was well kept, very clean. I would definitely rent it again if it’s available during our next trip.”
