Hotel vicino a Beach Waterpark - South Padre

“First room was terrible … safe did not work and even after fixing … did not work. Put on 3rd floor right under buffet … furniture moving till 9:00 pm and again starting at 6:00 am! Changed rooms and everything was fine. I did have to downgrade room and did not receive any compensation?? This was our 8th stay at this hotel, but will rethink it before booking again!”

“Other than one spot that was not cleaned properly near the sink and drainage in the bathtub and sinks, were pretty old...the TV was not working properly on the "closed-captioning" since the volume wasn't all that great either.”

“I arrived late in the evening around 12:00 AM to check in and the receptionist Rey was really caring and informative. He was understanding of how tired I was and got me checked in really quick. Room smelled great for being in a humid area. The rooms are very spacious and the pool was pretty nice. For being on the first floor, the room was very quiet all night and I never heard the upstairs neighbors. I really enjoyed my stay here and look forward to staying here again. The water was a bit cold...

“First of all the elevator is very dirty and has a very bad smell in our room we had no water pressure to get a decent shower took forever because of low pressure only one set of towels to lasts for days didn’t leave enough toilet paper no washcloth had to go out and buy one TV in the bedroom could not get to work smoke alarm kept going off I had to disconnect it from the wall and pull the battery kept going off for no reason one night left it on the counter”
