“The staff in the restaurants were extremely awesome and I love them. They were great. Our room smelled so bad of some kind of disinfectant that we could hardly stay in there. I ask for a different room couldn’t get one so we sprayed essential oils and tried to mask the odor and then when I told them about it. They proceeded to go and spray more of the toxic deodorizing spray in our room made it 10 times worse. Everyone else on the property was kind and awesome. Can’t complain about that at all....

“Malísima experiencia! Tuve una estadia de 4 dias y 3 noches. Primero que nada publicidad engañosa, te muestran fotos de cuartos muy bonitos y te imaginas que son en el edificio del hotel, pero a nosotros nos hospedaron en unos cuartos en los laterales del hotel que según llaman cabañas! Pero lo que realmente parecen son cuartos de hotel de mala muerte! Mal cuidados que necesitan mantenimiento y remodelacion, las maquinas de hielo no servian, baños cercanos a la piscina cerrados! “We liked being close to SpaceX but missed the takeoff, and still enjoyed the beach. The hotel had many issues. All of the pools are only 3 feet deep; some of the tiles on the pool floors were missing, and the restaurant outside refused to give us our receipt, which doubled our cost. Entering the parking lot to the hotel is confusing”

“First of all the elevator is very dirty and has a very bad smell in our room we had no water pressure to get a decent shower took forever because of low pressure only one set of towels to lasts for days didn’t leave enough toilet paper no washcloth had to go out and buy one TV in the bedroom could not get to work smoke alarm kept going off I had to disconnect it from the wall and pull the battery kept going off for no reason one night left it on the counter”
