“Que horror de lugar lleno de chinches, garrapatas o quien sabe que mugrero tenian las almohadas o el colchon ascoooooo”

“La accesibilidad al hotel es muy buena cerca de restaurantes y comercios y la amabilidad del personal de recepción lo único que es que en el piso 3 daba el olor a humedad y en nuestra habitación se encontraba una puerta que compartía con el cuarto de al lado fuera de eso todo bien”

“Que se debe dejar un depósito de 100 dólares reembolsables al dejar la habitación”

“Breakfast was very limited, would appreciate at least boiled eggs. There was no single coffee bags in the room, normally they have those at hotel otherwise the coffee machine is useless. Also no kettle.”

“I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Harlingen Convention Center. It rained the entire time, so I didn’t get to use the pool, but everything else about the hotel was excellent. The property is clean, comfortable, and well‑kept. I want to give special recognition to Sebastian at the front desk. I had just purchased new rocking chairs and was worried about leaving them in my truck during a major thunderstorm. Sebastian immediately offered to store them safely in the conference room...

“La cortina del baño olia a orines, el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido, no habia vasos para tomar liquidos, el fondo de la alberca tenia moho, el personal de recepcion no es bilingue, los inquilinos del segundo piso hacian mucho ruido a las 5.30am”
