“We booked last minute due to our AC going out. We were close to anything we could’ve needed and home to get back for the repairs. When we had an issue with the TV (poor picture) and the fridge (loud whistling sound), they quickly got us into a new room right across the hall. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.”

“I normally do not leave reviews but this was advertised as exceptional and 9.2. While it was clean, it is very basic, older student style housing close to the UTRGV. The surrounding dwellings are run down, and the area is certainly not good for more than just needing a place to crash for the night. ”

“I really enjoyed the helpful staff. We were coming in to town for an event and they allowed us to check in at 1:00pm. The staff was very nice and amicable. The room was hot upon arrival but was able to cool down fast. The room was nice and clean along with the restroom. The only thing I did not like was how loud the restroom door creaked every time it was opened and how much water escaped under the shower door had to use the extra towels to dry up the floor after I showered. “They had a hair dryer, but no coffee pot in the room. Hardly any towels, no soap that you could wash anything with--only one little bar of soap for 2 people. The price was reasonable, but not anything special. I doubt I would stay there again.”
