“Room was clean and comfortable. However, there was no soaps, shampoo, hand cream, etc whatsoever in the room. Worse , the TV remote had no instructions and it takes an elect engr degree to make it work. I never really figured it out! Registration was easy but desk clerk had no clue on local sites and places to go. Staff needs local info. Breakfast and attendant were great but your great bisquits need white gravy to make a true Texas experience. Eggs your way is super. ”

“I cannot think of anything that did not meet my expectation. This place is spotless! As I was loading my suitcases into my truck, the owner came outside and put my heavy belongings into my truck. As an 85 year old, small woman, I was so appreciative of his kindness. You surely don't see that level of caring very often, if ever. On my return trip I will definitely spend another night with them.”
