“Really nice suites hotel very close to DFW airport.
Room was huge. Fried/freezer, microwave, small kitchenette. Coffee machine. Comfy bed.
Coffee, tea and filtered water freely available in the foyer.
Free shuttle bus to and from the airport, great service.
Complimentary breakfast.
Great location for visiting the sites in the DFW area.
There is no bar or restaurant here, however there are plenty nearby to choose from.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Would happily stay here again.”

Staff: 3 - no warm greeting, very automated. No smiles.
Hotel room: - 2. While the room was clean, it had a few issues. This was a suite. The suites are located on the second floor right in front of the loud lobby. At all times you’re able to hear loud noises and people laughing and talking. Not an ideal location. Lights next to bed buzzed all night, very annoying. The electrical outlet in the bathroom didn’t work which was a huge...

“I made a reservation because it said there was a free airport shuttle, but on the way there I was told there was no driver, and on the way back I was told it was full, so I couldn't use the shuttle bus for either trip and ended up using Uber instead because I was told that I have no choice but to take Uber. If I had known from the beginning, I wouldn't have made a reservation.”
