“As soon as we checked in, I had to call to get our room re-cleaned. There were sticky globs on the vinyl floor and bedside tables. Our room had an upstairs sleeping area and the carpeted staircase had visible stuff in the carpet. When the cleaning staff swept the stairs, the dustpan was covered in the dirt and bits of trash that wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. And the water park area was gross too. “Clean room. Great location. Shuttle offered (we didn’t use it, but it was being used by so many other guests). Fantastic breakfast! The negative side is that the entire place smelled of weed. The hallways and elevators were so penetrated with it that it lingered into our bedroom. It was headache inducing.”

“Stayed at this Hyatt for a quick over night trip to attend a friend’s baby shower in the area. I got there 30 mins before the 3pm check-in and no issue with getting my room then. I had a King Suite and it was great. I loved the layout of the couch area and the bed area. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, windows had blackout curtains. Minor complaint of noise in the hallway and then during the middle of the night when the rain picked up and was hitting the windows. I didn’t use any of the...

“The breakfast was lacking 70 to 75% of the food. I stayed there three nights. Staff stated there was nothing they could do. Comping me for the lack of breakfast. Spent money at restaurants and gas stations to eat breakfast.”
