“Location”

“I had 2 rooms. The floors and counters were dirty with grime and hair. The shower barely reached Luke warm temperature. One of the rooms the shower curtain was barely hanging on and the room had a strong smell of curry. The outside doors were always left ajar. The mini fridge froze my fruit and water bottles. Some of the staff didn’t seem too pleased to be there.”

“The emergency door next to the street in the staircase was broken and always wide open when I would leave my room. It felt unsafe and felt like they wouldn't address it correctly. I had to take the stairs because the elevator felt unsafe as well. It's a very dated hotel. So it's ok. But when we went out to the pool there was garbage everywhere and the pill just never felt like it was maintained often but just enough! Good breakfast, clean rooms, don't forget to request your room cleaned...

“Nice hotel/lobby area. Check in process was easy. There wasn’t a lot of parking spaces so had to park a little far and it sucked having to carry our bags and no side doors to go through. Room looked nice when we first walked in. I did a walk through. There were long hairs on the towels and shower/bathtub. It also looked like red splatter on the wall of the shower which could easily be watered down. I did not want to complain because it was already late, tired and the hotel was fully booked from...

“Large rooms, very clean, nice exercise room, friendly staff. Free breakfast. Great price.”

“We liked the in-room amenities, like the full size refrigerator and all kitchen amenities. Our room on the first floor smelled like wet pet odor so much that we asked to be moved. Second room on top floor was much better. I would stay here again. ”

“Bed smell bad, sheets where not clean had to get new sheets and had to change them myself, the front desk was not welcoming at all, property was very dirty, the bathroom was even dirty, the too. Smell humid.”

“I was in town for a funeral. All three meals were provided by room service and they tasted wonderful. Staff was useful. Room was clean. Someday I would like to go shopping in the area. I wish they had a staff person that could have assisted with me with my hair.”

“We stayed at this location last December and liked it enough to book a recent stay there. We were amazed to see how much the overall appearance of the property had depreciated in 5 months. The breakfast selection was so poor we went out to get food. The topper - the 2” roach which was on the wall of our room. We left. I will say that the manager was nice enough to refund our money.”
