“The staff is absolutely terrible, rude and not helpful in any way. We had booked a two night stay and the first night We had asked some questions and they acted like we were stupid for asking certain questions about charges on our card. We had called and before I hung up I realized they hadn’t hung up on their end and I could hear them talking amongst each other and they were extremely unprofessional laughing talking about my husband and I. “Staff was rude SAM! ROOM Smelled ugly!!!! Outdated from the luggage roller to the walls with mold. Bed wasn’t made. Breakfast was gross.”

“Location was very convenient. The room was very noisy from above. Not sure why but during the Lao ight and early morning hours there was a large amount of vibration and the noise of footsteps coming from above was disruptive. Not cleaning each day was a little annoying because we had to reuse damp towels that didn’t dry well even when we hung them up. Breakfast was done well each morning. Staff at front desk was always very friendly.”

“The property was very clean and well maintained. I was injured from the bathroom door voluntarily opening. I cut my foot about an inch and a half deep, I should have gone in for stitches. All staff did was tell me "the bathroom door does that". My question is where is the sign stating that the door swings open if it isn't fully latched. Its a liability and my foot a week later still isn't healed and hurts like he'll. Signs should be posted. Also, rooms are advertised to have had tubs, my room...

“Beautiful and quiet property tucked away in the busy city! Me and my husband adored it as a place to escape reality (work and kids) and just enjoy the luxury life at a reasonable cost. The drinks at the bar were amazing and breakfast (Monte Christo) was incredible! We’d recommend it to everyone for sure! Do it!! ❤️”
