“This was a newer hotel with really comfortable beds. The breakfast was good, and it was nice that they also provided an airport shuttle. ”

“At checkin the receptionist was unengaged, borderline rude. Regarding the property, seems ridiculous they charge an extra parking fee, I have never stayed at a hotel that charges extra for guests to use their parking lot. ”

“Clean bed was very comfortable ice cold room, exactly what we needed.”

“Worst experience ever. All the elevators were out during our stay and we were assigned a room on the 4th floor. For a 65 yr old women 4 flights of stairs was a lot. Once in my room I felt like I was held captive be because the stairs were too much physical activity. No apology, no compensation nothing was offered for our inconvenience. Never again. ”

“Nice accommodations. Small parking capacity but hotel allowed us to parking in an upgraded member parking when regular spots were full. Nice and helpful staff that allowed early check in when we arrived in town”

“The rooms were spacious and clean. They offer a morning breakfast which was amazing. The sitting area near the lobby is big and comfortable. We did however encounter an unpleasant experience during checkin. The staff member was unpleasant and not helpful. It left a negative impression feom the start. However, we didn’t see her the rest of the stay and all other staff were courteous and helpful.”

“Ice machine on 3rd floor was not working. Elevator was not in service for longer than 24 hours. Multiple trips up/down the stairs with luggage were difficult for me having had a recent knee replacement and both me and my Husband's ages over 65. No other elevators or accommodations were made avaliable. Communication about when the elevator would be fixed were poor.”
