“Pros-Shelf in shower for shaving legs, more than average hooks in bathroom Cons-Both treadmills were not working, large roach heading toward the dining area (to be fair, he could have come through the sliding front door but I made sure he didn't go further)”

Instead of treating guests with respect, I felt dismissed and ignored whenever I asked questions or expressed concerns. To make matters worse, I was charged for an extra night that I did not intend to stay. “Pool was out of service most of our days there. I had to buy tickets to a water park so the kids could swim. I choose this hotel because of the indoor pool.breakfast was cold, but clean. Stop serving at 900 when everything was gone.”
