“I’ve stayed at the Worthington Renaissance Hotel in Fort Worth before for a wedding and had a wonderful experience, which is why we decided to stay there again this weekend while visiting Fort Worth and spending some time at the Stockyards. “At the time of my stay, only one elevator was in service. There were two large events happening downtown, so the elevator traffic was atrocious. Additionally, the website for this hotel states that their valet parking costs $37, which is their only option. “No way to turn the fan on in the bathroom. Shower turns the tile floor into a slick nightmare. Early check-in needlessly expensive. We weren’t told what the valet costs but it’s stupid expensive. Call the hotel and you get a foreign call center who will give you wrong information. Appalling lack of consideration towards customer experience. Won’t be returning. ”

“The room was clean. I was a little disappointed that my room wasn’t cleaned the next day. I got back to my room around 4:00 PM the bed wasn’t made. Still had my towels from the morning my trash was still in the room. I had to go downstairs and ask the front desk. What time do you all clean the rooms. She said was there a sign on your door in the morning. I said no I didn’t put my sign up to come later. I told the front desk that to get me new towels. She did get someone to bring me clean towels....

“This is the third Cambria location I’ve stayed at, and they’ve never disappointed! The hotel was nice, new, and clean. All of the staff was very kind and made sure I had everything I needed. Shuttle drivers Shannon and Roy were very nice! I was even able to reserve a ride to the airport about an hour in advance. Pickup from the airport upon arrival was quick too, but it depends on your terminal. Overall a great experience. Would stay here again!”
