“would not accommodate my request for a late check-out; that makes or breaks my high end evaluations of most better hotels. If the hotel goes ou to f their way to accommodate me, I re-book.
Staek in the in-house restaurant was way toooo salty. Wanted to send it back but had to attend a rodeo and did not have the time. RECOMMEND SERVING HIGHER GRADE STEAKS.”

“Booked double queen room. Beds appeared to only be full size ? Mattresses need replaced support worn out on sides near center night stand. Room 217 floor has soft spots along one side of bed. Appears tried covering it up by putting sitting chair over the spots. Refrigerator was not cold. Set on 7 out of 8 scale. Turned it to full/ 8 cold setting to get it to feel cold. Positives breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful”
