“We had many issues with this house. From the beginning, we never received any answers for the question we had about the rental before we showed up. As soon as we checked in, we received a text stating that one of the rooms was unavailable due to water damage. The whole house smelled like weed. We also could not use the garage due to the owners using it as storage. I’ve tried to contact the host multiple times and was not able to reach them. VRBO has also tried to reach out 4 times and have not...

“This property was exceptional for a large group! Great sleeping areas and bathrooms. The property was super clean and looked just as described. It had everything you would need including a back deck, gazebo and lake access. The location is on the water though right by the toll bridge so there was a good bit of traffic noise. It’s an interesting location to get to, but once on property it is an exceptional stay!”

“Overall, great place to stay. Convenient to the Grapevine downtown, Gaylord Resort, shopping and airport. House was very comfortable. Only exception was that you could not control the AC below 70 but every room had a ceiling fan. Would definitely stay again if in the area. ”
