Todd was very good at communicating, the area was perfect for us we were in town for the birth of a grandchild and they live in flower mound, so the location was great. We enjoyed the breakfast nook or table area and the coffee drinkers enjoyed the coffee. We had one issue that I communicated with Todd regarding the bed supports some of them were broken, I said it was not urgent just an fyi, but I should have had it repaired as it felt like there was a crater in the master bed, I’m sure he would have taken care of it, but it was also during the big ice/snow storm. We would stay here again.

Our host was very responsive whenever I had questions, which made the stay easy and stress-free. The house itself was a beautiful little place and had everything my wife and I needed. What really stood out were the small thoughtful touches inside the home, like the towel warmer, that made it feel extra comfortable. We will definitely rent there again, especially since it’s so close to our family.

House looked like it wasn’t cleaned before arriving. It looked like the beds were made and the trash taken out. The host was easy to talk to and refunded the cleaning fee. Hopefully the cleaning company will make sure someone actually cleans between guests.

The property was just what we needed. Good location to explore Dallas from. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms were perfect for our group of 2 couples. The living area and kitchen were cozy and we were able to visit in those spaces.

There was an issue with our code getting access to the unit. It took a little bit of time, but it was resolved. On our second day there we had an issue with the electrical plugs in both bathrooms, but was able to resolve it. The place was immaculate and well-appointed. The location was in close proximity to everything we had planned. The owners-managers were responsive to our questions. Highly recommend.

The house is in a cute neighborhood and feels very safe. It’s a perfect size and the hosts were very responsive which was so appreciated especially when I locked myself out. There is a cat sunning window which I wish I had seen before the last day but our cat loved the guest bedroom window sill. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience staying here! The check in process was super easy, and there was a cork board inside with a QR code for the WiFi and lists of restaurants and things to do in the area. The house is located in a small, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. This rental was pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog :) My only complaint would be that I noticed cobwebs on the dining room light fixture and around the covered back patio area. But other than that, everything seemed pretty clean.The host was very accommodating. We had to contact him a few times to add an extra night, and also to request an early check in. He always responded quickly and allowed us to check in early! We would definitely stay here again!
