“I would not recommend this space. The instructions on where to park, how to access the elevator, or how to find the apartment were not provided. I had to reach out to the owner, who then provided a small jpeg and a gate code. But that was it. The front desk and a delivery guy helped me locate the room. “This is a great property. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. It is very clean and a comfortable place to stay.”

“Great location, pretty good price and responsive host. The place was not cleaned well at all. Dirty dishes in the cabinets and silverware draw, dirty floors, really dirty entrance way outside, garbage left in garbage and areas in bathroom that presented as not being cleaned well. Smoke detector missing. It was nice having laundry detergent and dryer sheets. I definitely does not sleep 4, max 3 but even that would be real tight. Could use a real couch that goes into bed in living room. No where...

“We enjoyed being so close to downtown McKinney. The building is older and was the perfect size for my hubby and I, but felt it needed a good cleaning (including the furniture). The pillows on the bed were extremely old and need to be replaced. The heat source was a plug in unit as there is no central air or heat. I would not stay here again. ”
