“Helpful staff, clean room, charming”

“My only complaint is that I requested a room on an either floor 1 or 4 and got neither. ”

“All was great except breakfast was not ready as they said at 600. At 900 not fully ready. No waffles no oatmeal. Had to wait because I don’t like eggs and sausage and all the other available food. ”

“Very clean! But here are the areas for improvement: The flow from the showerhead was very low. They need to remove the flow restrictors from the showerheads. The biggest issue is with the inadequate fresh air in the room. CO2 levels in the room got up to 1600 ppm, and the window doesn't open so there is nothing you can do about it. They need to fix the ventilation so more fresh air is delivered to the room.”

“Top notch. Very clean. Friendly staff. Close to alot of restaurants and shops. Nice spacious rooms. The water pressure in the shower feels like a good massage. Definitely worth the stay!!”

“Room had odor, asked to re clean room and change sheets. Took half a day and another trip to front desk for it to happen. Shower head continues to leak when using tub. ”

“The reception staff was awesome!! (Specifically, Nikki!!) Good breakfast. Clean, quiet rooms with very comfortable beds. Pool & hot tub were clean & well kept, but hot tub heater was not working. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!”

“We had an issue with our room. Lee went above and beyond to get it fixed and make sure our stay was wonderful. A representative like her makes a very big difference in if we will return or not. We will be back in 2 weeks. And now have a favorite place to stay when in the area. Breakfast on Sunday morning was delicious and everything was kept restocked. I didnt get the name of the great lady that made that happen bit she did an incredible job as well. ”

“My room had a burn mark on the counter, the fan vent was falling off, the lights flickered in the bathroom when turning off, and I think there was mold growing in the air conditioner. The highway made the room super loud on top of the noise coming from inside the hotel.”

“This hotel has bed bugs and cockroaches all over common areas. We left immediately. ”

“The sink didn't drain for about an hour. The toilet didn't flush well. The floor was nasty. The staff were on their cell phones, in pajamas and not very attentive. The outside was VERY trashy and ghetto. Inside the room looked nice outside of everything else and the queen bed was comfortable. Overall, I will NOT be back. Nor would i suggest it to ANYONE. It was a last minute choice as i was passing through and needed somewhere to sleep. I learned my lesson. ”

“Place was quiet and convenient. Had a short stay but was comfortable. If you are sensitive, their cleaning products are pretty strong. It’s hard to air out your room due to windows that don’t open so I had to prop my door for a bit. ”
