“Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was good and plenty of parking”

“Beautiful room and helpful nice staff. Had issues with hearing kids running down the hall, slamming doors and a crying child so I went to the front desk and asked if I could change rooms since I still had two more night stays left. The front desk person (sorry forgot her name) and within a few minutes she had another room ready and it was even on top floor so didn’t hear people above me. Once I changed rooms it was 100% better.”

“First let me say I love that my service was welcomed with no issues. But the room that I was given was not the best, light fixture in restroom was messed up the toilet seat was not bolted down, the chair in the room looked like my uncle sat in it everyday for the past 50 years I was scared to sit in it because it looked like I would fall through if I did. The room like it had been renovated but not finished.Next room was being renovated so we heard the banging on the walls early in the morning....
