“The room had been updated so it was very clean. The staff, as always, was very friendly and courteous. Our favorite place to stay when we visit our daughter and her family in Frisco.”

“Spacious clean room with full size couch in front of the large TV. The bed was very comfortable and had an ample supply of pillows. An improvement could be made about room service. We went 3 days without room service. Granted on of those days was a holiday - New Years, but we should have got room service either on New Years Eve or the day before that. We didn't”

“Room was great! Had a hard time with the hot water in the shower, but probably due to the fact that the building is so old. LOVED the overall appearance on the inside of the hotel.”
