“Front desk staff was excellent. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Greeted us every time we passed the desk. Daily housekeeping is fantastic. Lots of hotels have moved away from this so it was a luxury to have it at Canopy. Bed was cozy and comfortable and the room layout was sleek and modern. Will definitely stay again”

“Definitely STAFF!!! The associate that checked me in was very polite and helpful. But the biggest reason, was a housekeeping staff member!! My mother fell during our visit and decided to stay in the room Monday afternoon. When the housekeeping specialist came in to do her thing and took extra care and time to insure Mom had everything she needed. This service was ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Extra special THANK YOU!!!”
