Hotel vicino a Heard Craig Center for the Arts - Dallas

“They gave me a room with no windows or skylight even though I booked the one with a skylight. A comped breakfast did not fix the fact that I was in a room under the entire heating and cooling system and it was noisy all night”

“The dirtiest shower/bathroom I’ve ever had at a hotel. Mold on the ceiling above the shower. Dirt/crud all along where the tub met the floor, top of the shower, and shower head. Pull out couch mattress was super thin and was told there were no blankets when I asked for one for that.”

“The whole place was a mess to be associated with him. I was amazed that it was such a dump when I talked to Expedia they assured me they had a pool, etc. we get there. There’s no water in the pool. It was just an all-around poor experience I won’t ever stay at a super eight again”

“The receptionist was very rude. Place look like a Motel 6. They Say no smoking but room smell like smoke.”

“Exceptionally clean room. The decor is very nice. And the breakfast was outstanding. The lady in the hospitality room at breakfast was so nice and helpful. The breakfast amenities were very good. This is my second stay here and I plan to come back.”

“The staff was very friendly and accommodated all of our requests. Our room was very spacious and we enjoyed having a kitchen. I was happy to see a safe in our room and the location was excellent, surrounded by restaurants and shopping venues. There were lots of selections available for breakfast and the coffee was delicious. We will definitely stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton in the future.”

“The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast left a little bit to be desired. The jimmy deans premade sandwiches weren’t great as they were a little soggy. Maybe having the ingredients to make a one more fresh would be better. It’d be nice to have a bar similar to other properties. More notice on when house keeping services are happening. Apparently it’s only every other day.”

“Everything was nice. unfortunately pool pump broke right before we arrived and we were unable to use pool. That would be the only strike I would give them but they did offer to call sister property nearby so we could swim. we didn't because we didn't have time. Overall nice stay, only 1 night. ”

“Convenient location. No frills. For having a kitchenette there are no utensils/pots. *Elevator seems to have been broken for a while and we were not informed until check in.”
