“From the moment I walked in the door the staff greeted me & was so welcoming. They checked me in, answered my questions & directed me to local restaurants & parking. Traction was coz y & comfortable, very well done. Check out was easy & again new staff but just as wonderful as the check in staff! Highly recommend the Grand Hotel in Old Town McKinney”

“I loved my room and my bathroom.
My AC was making some noise and they sent an engineer to repair it immediately. They even offered a room change but I stayed in my room.
The room is spacious and the bathroom is great. I read someone complaining about the small sink. Yet the sink is small but I don't see what the problem is.

The morning coffee was okay but next door at walking distance there is a great Starbucks and Neckter for fresh smoothies and juices so I was all...
