“Overall it was okay. The front desk staff were amazing and wonderful, but the stay itself left a little to be desired. The first night we were there, other guests on our floor were SO incredibly loud in the hallways that we had to turn on a fan plus some white noise on our phones. The pullout bed had crumbs all over the mattress when we went to pull it out, and the fire alarm light (a bright white light) was blinking all night. Still a good overall property and stay.”

“We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was generally clean, but there was an unpleasant odor present. We asked the front desk to look into it, and they sent housekeeping, who only changed the linens but didn't address the smell. It seems the hotel is quite old, and the odor appears to be coming from the AC vents. The smell was reminiscent of chemicals.”

“Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient. The property is clean and well-maintained. The property was sufficiently staffed. I enjoyed the close proximity to shopping areas and the spa. My room was spotless and the staff accommodated my needs in terms of ridding the room of pet dander. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety and was of decent quality. I was able to enjoy the pool area with my family. Perfect. I can't wait to come back.”
