Motel a Balch Springs

“Room was not ready on check in. When I went into the room, the floor was still soapy, the carpet still has the previous occupants hair and sox. The Internet wasn't working so no TV. ”

“The staff was courteous and accommodating to needs which were basic. Be mindful this is an old motel building with basic features needs upgrading for technology. We brought our own WiFi for internet. Our own towels which was fine we carry them anyway as we don’t allow room service.”

“If this motel rented rooms for $5 per hour they would be overcharging their target clientele. Dirty, nasty, run down, are all be very accurate adjectives to describe this place ”

“Shower mat is stained, bed sheets stained, toilet paper roll was almost empty upon arrival, coffee was gone at 8:15am. ”

“Rooms are clean and bug free! Staff very cool . Lots of places to eat in walking distance ”
