Hotel a Heath

“This was my second stay, two years apart. Both stays Sandra checked me in and made me feel cared for. Her customer service skills are incredible and natural. She went above and beyond this stay to provide me information so I wouldn't have to leave the hotel and could just rest. She is incredible! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The pool looked clean and welcoming.”

“The whole place was clean, though we didn't use the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. The ONLY issue was an gaseous odor by the elevators and back door. The staff explained it, but there should be a way to get rid of it. Breakfasts were tasty, hot, and had variety. We will be back next trip to the area. ”
