“We really love this hotel! Downtown Dallas, in an historic building, walking distance from all the most important monuments and museums.
We really appreciated the room: quiet, comfortable, well equipped and clean.
The hotel itself is a safe place, and the overall design is beautiful!
Special thanks to Denise and Laticia for the amazing breakfasts, to the valet guys, always so nice, and to Larry, the hotel manager, and his staff for having welcome us in such a nice and kind way!

“The rooms were big and very comfortable. Just don't pay extra for cafe breakfast during week. It was a choice of coffee, breakfast sandwich or pastry. The product wasn't even up to Starbucks level and I expect more from a Renaissance Hotel. When I saw what they offered, I asked to be reimbursed and they said no. She did tell me the GM would reach out to me and he has not. It's only 35.00 but all the same they can do better.”

“The only good things about this hotel are the location and that it has Sturbucks next door. Poor housekeeping, which consist of making the bef and changing the towels. For a week they never gave me clean glasses in the room, tha same 2 glasses for 6 days, that i had to wash them myself. The staff is friendly but inefficient. I’ve traveled the world but have never had a request for an uber or a taxi turned down. I asked if they could change money (20 dollars) into small pieces the answer was no....
