Hotel a Lancaster

“Everything was great until later that night after staying one night there. I am covered in bed bug bites. Staff was nice at check in and out but i am riddled with itchy bites all over. ”

“La struttura è in posizione strategica per il Bluebonnet festival, staff gentile e disponibile, le camere molto basic e con odore di umidità, molto rumore per la vicinanza della highway, colazione sufficiente.”

“It was just okay. The shower in the room was not very clean and the elevator was dirty as well. The staff’s customer service was really good though. ”

“Breakfast options were great. Quiet and comfortable hotel. Main area near front desk had heavy chorine odor from the enclosed pool and hot tub area. Did not impact our room which was away from the main lobby ”

“The staff was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable went above and beyond to get us checked in early. However there were tiles in our bathroom that were loose and grout was sharp. We did not report it until Saturday afternoon because we did not want to move and i don't believe there were other rooms avaliable The pool area did not seem to be cleaned for several days. The deck had water standing and dirty. No pool towels and trash sitting. Loved the area.”

“The location was phenomenal for family fun at the water park and various restaurants & patios in the area. We walked everywhere and the kids enjoyed the outdoor entertainment with the nightly water show and live music.”

“I was very happy with the room and the interior of the hotel. The person who checked us in was SUPER friendly and pleasant. I cannot remember her name but she was wonderful. The only downside was there was loud music playing from outside the hotel until around 10:30pm. ”

“Stayed 2 nights; the rooms carpet looked new, had a good smell. The rooms were very basic but in accordance with room cost but very clean & good smell as well. Rooms had microwave, fridge, coffe maker, etc. everything worked. Most of all I liked how quiet at night & day it was through the whole hotel & I liked the smell like new. ”
