“Broken AC, multiple charges to my bank account, limited laundry amenities with broken dryer, low water pressure. ”

“Room was not ready on check in. When I went into the room, the floor was still soapy, the carpet still has the previous occupants hair and sox. The Internet wasn't working so no TV. ”

“Everything was great. Requesting a wake call, no one called. I called them to let them know we were up and running. ”

“I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express and unfortunately, my experience was not good. The room felt old and outdated, and there was no ceiling fan or proper ventilation in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable to use. Housekeeping was also disappointing—they only made the bed and didn’t clean or touch anything else in the room. Basic cleaning standards were not met. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It did not meet expectations in terms of comfort or cleanliness.”

“cereal looked stale, waffles were great, room was clean, staff was friendly ”

“Everything is clean, it feels very safe, and the staff is professional. The rooms haven't been updated in a while, but they're spacious and comfy and have plenty of outlets. The AC works, the wifi is stable, the water is hot. The mini-fridge and microwave and coffee maker is more than you get in a lot of higher end places. It's not fancy, but it's good at what it does, and a great deal. Would book again. ”

“Abbiamo trovato 2 grossi scarafaggi prima di andare a letto sulle coperte. Ci hanno cambiato la camera ma la pulizia rimaneva scarsa ( lenzuola con macchie) . La colazione aveva prodotti di bassa qualità.”
