“Wonderful staff, everyone was welcoming and very nice, especially Ester at the front desk. The room was large and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Nice breakfast selections and a cute hot chocolate bar. ”

“Clean, close to the park and eating areas, nice walk, good breakfast. I didn't like they didn't honor my payment arrangement through Expedia, so I essentially had to pay in full at the desk. This could be a expedia issue.”

“The rooms were very large and nice. The biggest downside was that the pool was cold and not kept up. Also, did not have a hot tub.”

“The property is old and poorly maintained. Our AC stopped working in the middle of our last night. When I went to the front desk, the person there said there was nothing they could do and that the AC technician could come early the next morning. That meant I had to spend the entire night with my kids in a room with no AC. There was no solution offered and no compensation for the inconvenience. I also paid extra for a late check-out at 3:00 PM, but by 1:00 PM they were already knocking on my door...
