“The only issue we experienced was during check‑in, as the staff member at the counter did not speak English and had to call someone else to assist, making the process take about 10 minutes when it should have been under five. Also, bring your own blanket if you don’t like sleeping with just a sheet, and be aware that there was no cleaning service during my two‑night stay. The bed was decent for the price but extremely firm, and the AC was turned off when we first entered the room, so it felt...

“Rooms were clean and spacious it had a king bed with couch bed and full kitchen. Only thing I was charged early check in for arriving 20 minutes early which is crazy to me. My options were pay the fee or comeback 20 minutes later ”

“We were only there for 1 night before flying out of DFW which is fairly close. The room was adequate and clean, the king bed was comfortable. We had a good night sleep. It was a short UBER ride to Epic central where there are some good restaurants with a view of a man made lake. The staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early without an extra fee. It’s not the Ritz but it was exactly what we needed for a afternoon/night and early flight in the morning.”
