“Everything about our stay , was wonderful”

“Loved the buffet breakfast and the selection of options. Never had pork carnitas at a buffet. The location is awesome! So many cool things to do within walking distance and a wonderful choice of restaurants also within walking distance. The hotel is modern and the rooms are spacious. I’d definitely stay there again.”

“I was on 2nd story and the people in the room on the third floor above us was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep so the rooms are not well insulated. Otherwise the rims were clean and the air conditioner worked good that’s why I gave it a three star.”

“The room was overall very well-kept. The staff were helpful, although I wish that rooms were checked by cleaning staff daily due to very small trash cans. The breakfast was as expected, although the potatoes seemed a bit freezer burnt and not as hot as I would expect. The parking was sufficient. The pool was nice and warm and the property was generally quiet, even with a number of families staying. “They checked us out, even though staying there 9 days on first day. Getting room serviced was constant battle. They have a curfew. Low cursing guests at 4am in hallway and outside”

“I'm so happy Dallas has a hostel and Bishop Arts is the perfect neighborhood for it. Checking in and out was super easy and straightforward. The entire property is clean and I saw housekeeping doing work every day and at different times to ensure cleanliness for guests. Parking was easy and plentiful. Lots of restaurants and shops to pop into within a mile.”

“Good ac, nice people, quiet not a lot of traffic. Right beside a very active train but not noisy at all. Only disappointment was bathroom towels had a few hairs, probably getting stuck in the towels during wash n dry but that’s no excuse. Other than that great stay and service”

“Room still had water spots on the bed side tables from previous guests. Towels were dirty. Still had a dirty towel on the floor from previous guest. Gross!! Lobby and elevator spelled like weed”

“The room had a strong marijuana odor, and in addition, I was asked to provide a $50 cash refundable deposit upon check-in, to be returned at check-out, which is something I had never experienced before.”

“I loved how conveniently close the hotel was to Walmart because I did manage to need some things while I stayed at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.”
