“I have visited twice, my family and I love it here! We stayed during Spring Break and the staff was great. Had breakfast at the Media, enjoyed the pool all weekend. There was some confusion on the pool hours, at check in we were told the pool closes at 7pm, bar staff said 8pm. It was learned that the lazy river and kiddie section close at 7pm, the heated pool lounge area stay open till 10pm. Will definitely be returning. 10/10 recommend, family oriented, clean and great staff.”

“The hotel was nice overall. Aside from our initial check-in, most of the staff were kind and helpful. The rooms weren’t as clean as hoped. There was hair, dust, crumbs etc. around the mattress on the bed base, but the bedding looked clean. Two bulbs were out in our room, but once informed, the hotel staff replaced them quickly. We had a room that was next to the gas station and the window coverings weren’t sufficient to block out the light. The amenities were good though and the location was...
