“The property was good. The television didn’t work and was never replaced after 2 days of my request.. totally unacceptable.”

“The room was very good, but the reception staff were poor. They were unwelcoming and didn't tell me that that the internet wasn't working in my room. When I tried to log on, I couldn't so had to go all the way down to reception to as why. When I got there, the staff just said that the internet had been down since the morning. If that was the case, why didn't they tell me when I checked in? And there was absolutely no hint of an apology. Would I stay there again? Probably, because the room was...

“The pool was decent to use, patio chairs were outdated & had lots of wear & tear plus holes. The gym could use an air purifier it had a mildewy smell & no dumbbells. There should also be gym towels & maybe water access in there instead of having to walk out to access water. The carpets really need to be replaced they’re old and look dirty. The room itself was very spacious, liked that it had a fridge & microwave. Room coffee machine was gross but at least was able to access the coffee machine in...
