“The AC was broken in our room. They used a window unit in a large suite type room that couldn’t keep the room cold or even close to cold. This is a known issue and Google reviews show it has been an issue for 3-4 months at least”

“Fantastic other than the same elevator that was broke when I stayed here a month ago was still broke. The flavored water/juice in the lobby each morning is a really ice touch.”

“The room was clean, he staff friendly and met all our needs. Mursheda at the front desk is just one of the nicest and friendly person I have met in Texas. We couldn’t figure out how to get the TV working and she sent someone right away to help us. Breakfast was very good and the area very clean The air conditioning needs tweaking, but hey it’s a commercial AC unit we will return to this hotel again on our next visit”
