Hotel per fare shopping a Grapevine

“Hotel was fine. Some staff was helpful. Others weren’t. They were out of coffee but one employee was able to dog some up and bring it to my room. At check in just asked if I was fine downgrading for the same price. I said no, they did it anyways. ”

“It is a very nice hotel. However, there was a dirty washcloth left in the bathtub and when we called the front desk to tell them, it took them forever to come, so we called again and you can hear over the radio.... lady in room .... is being super impatient hurry up. Its 8pm and all we wanted to do was shower. She came and got the washcloth but thats it. Didn't bother cleaning the bathtub so we have no idea if it was even cleaned before us or not.
