“booked last min after flight delays at DFW. The shuttle only goes on the hour and was challenging to get to, other then this point, the hotel itself was just what was needed.”

“Two of four elevators were broken/out of service. Have to pay for parking that staff at check in does not reiterate nor make clear. Breakfast was fine, nothing extraordinary. Can tell its powdered eggs and previously frozen pancakes. Would think for an advertised 4 Star hotel that quality would be better. The room took forever to cool down....but then again we are in excessive heat so that may play a factor. Location is wonderful and everything is nearby.”
