Hotel a Crowley

“Had an issue with shower doors! I called front desk. We went out for the day when we returned. The doors were fixed. Front desk was very helpful for all we needed.”

Was very disappointed to find out when we arrived that the bar was closed and we would not be able to order food because apparently they only had 1 bartender who left for the day. This was the main reason we chose this place so it was a huge inconvenience to us and alot of other guests who were complaining as well. “This was a convenient place since we were in town for a concert at a nearby stadium. The rate was very reasonable and room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable and bedding was good. The bath/toilet was a tight fit, towels were thin (only provided 2 bath towels & washcloths, no hand towels) and non-absorbent, good water pressure. Microwave door was jammed but my husband finagled with it to get ot open. Floor could have been cleaner but we brought house shoes.”
