“Nice accommodations. Small parking capacity but hotel allowed us to parking in an upgraded member parking when regular spots were full. Nice and helpful staff that allowed early check in when we arrived in town”

“I asked for a first floor room, I checked in before 4pm. When I mentioned I had just driven 16 hours from Arizona, his reply how boring and no first rooms available. When I asked about an elevator his reply its only one flight of stairs. After several trips up the stairs, my room must of been next to a maintenance room. There was the sound of a compressor in the wall about 2 feet from the bed. It would come on and off several times during my stay. None of the staff seemed happy, no greeting. I...

“Shuttle arrivato all'aeroporto dopo 45 minuti di telefonate e promesse che era partito. magari di giorno non spaventa, ma alle ore 10pm qualche ansia viene. Autista dello shuttle guida come un pazzo e palesemente incazzato. Avevo preso 2 dollari per la mancia, che ho rimesso in tasca. Neppure scaricato le valigie .... mai visto prima Colazione pressochè inesistente, 2 fette di pane, altro non c'era. per avere il latte freddo ho dovuto chiedere. Per uscire, erano le 8,45 am, non c'era più...

“Pool wasn’t running, breakfast had no meat, no breads expect waffles, no gravy nothing. Just terrible powdered eggs, waffles, 2 cereals, and a hard as rock potatoes. Then we found 3 bags of chips, donuts, and candy all opened and half eaten or more in the top dresser between the two beds. When asked about the choice of food and cleanliness the staff blew me off.”

“Di tutti i Super8 in cui ho soggiornato nel corso degli anni questo è risultato il più scadente. Incontro ravvicinato con uno scarafaggio in camera, colazione praticamente inesistente, unica nota positiva la disponibilità dello staff. Molto migliorabile”

“The rooms were spacious and clean. They offer a morning breakfast which was amazing. The sitting area near the lobby is big and comfortable. We did however encounter an unpleasant experience during checkin. The staff member was unpleasant and not helpful. It left a negative impression feom the start. However, we didn’t see her the rest of the stay and all other staff were courteous and helpful.”
